Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the item cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any proposed Orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your Order.
You and Sydney Taps Pty Ltd may enter into a contract for the sale and supply of products by you making an offer via the website to purchase a product at the price advertised on the website by:

you making payment in full (plus any applicable delivery charges) on the website; and

If your Order is not accepted by Sydney Taps Pty Ltd, Sydney Taps Pty Ltd will notify you by telephone or email and arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
Sydney Taps Pty Ltd may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject any offer made by you for any reason (or no reason), including an error in the advertised price for, or description of, the products on the website, or an error in your Order.
Any representations made about stock availabilities are accurate to the last known stock level and are subject to change. If Sydney Taps Pty Ltd cannot supply a particular product, Sydney Taps Pty Ltd will notify you by telephone or email as soon as possible.
Sydney Taps Pty Ltd will be deemed to have accepted your Order on the first to occur of issue to you by email of a tax invoice for the sale and the fulfilment of your Order.

Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices do not include delivery and handling charges, unless expressly stated. Prices are subject to change.
Each published saving in respect of a product is by reference to the lower of the recommended retail price of the manufacturer or the normal ticketed price of Sydney Taps Pty Ltd.
Images of products shown without any advertised price beside that image are not offered for sale.
Unless otherwise stated, any accessories shown in any image of products are not included in the price.
We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website

We will attempt to beat any current advertised price, please contact us for more details.

8. Payment

All payments must be made in full prior to delivery.
Payments must be made via EWAY, EFT or PayPal secure payment gateway facilities accessible via the website and will be subject to any terms and conditions of these providers.
Sydney Taps Pty Ltd has the right to carry out security checks on any sales over AU $300.00.

9. Gift Cards and Credit Vouchers

All Sydney Taps Gift Cards purchased from 31 March 2018 will expire three years from the issue date.

Sydney Taps Gift Cards purchased prior to 31 March 2018 will be valid for two years from the date of issue (or as otherwise extended by Sydney Taps). You should use all of the remaining Gift Card value before the expiry date, after the expiry date unused value will become the property of Sydney Taps.

Why has the Gift Card expiry date been extended?

The NSW Government has introduced a minimum Gift Card expiry period for all Gift Cards purchased in NSW after 31 March 2018. The three year expiry date will now apply to all Sydney Taps Gift Cards nationally.

The Sydney Taps Gift Card may be used to make purchases at all Sydney Taps stores only.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
No change will be given for any amount on the card.
The Gift Cards amount cannot be increased after purchase.
The expiry date on all gift cards is 3 years from date of purchase. Date is set in AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time).
You may use your Gift Card on a purchase less than the value of the Gift Card. The remaining amount may be used on your next purchase up until the final amount is used.
Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the Sydney Taps gift card amount, the card holder will be required to make up the difference with an alternate form of payment.
The Sydney Taps gift card should be treated like cash, therefore the value of this Sydney Taps gift card will not be replaced if the card is lost, stolen or destroyed.
Use of this Sydney Taps gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

10. Supply and Delivery

Subject to you complying with these Terms and acceptance of your Order by Sydney Taps Pty Ltd, Sydney Taps Pty Ltd will sell and supply the products to you as shown on your Order confirmation.
The Customer is to contact Sydney Taps via phone or email to confirm stock availability, any item that is not in stock require a special order, Sydney Taps will provide an estimate for delivery only. Sydney Taps will not be liable for any late deliveries
Products may not be available for immediate delivery. Sydney Taps Pty Ltd handling time is 1-5 working days.
When you complete your Order it will be delivered to the address specified by you.

11. Delivery by Post or Carrier

The terms of this clause apply where you select to have your goods delivered to a specified address.
The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a freight forwarding location. Fragile, large and oversized items cannot be made to PO Boxes, as per Australia Posts guidelines (this refers to items over 100cm x 100cm x 100cm or over 20kg)
Sydney Taps Pty Ltd will use its best endeavours to deliver your Order within any stated timeframes for dispatch; however Sydney Taps Pty Ltd does not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.
Sydney Taps does not include insurance as part of any product purchased; this will need to be purchased separately to protect our customers from any lost goods. Sydney Taps does not accept liability for any goods lost in transit without insurance. Please contact us on orders@sydneytaps.com.au to purchase insurance once you have placed your order. Please document your order number in email.
Sydney Taps Pty Ltd cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.

12. Orders for Collection at a Sydney Taps Pty Ltd Warehouse

Pickups are not available at this time

13. Title and risk in goods

Title and risk in the products, such as loss and damage, pass to you on delivery or collection, as the case may be.

14. PayPal and credit card fraud

The website employs EWAY and PayPal secure payment gateway to secure our payment systems.
To the extent permitted by law, Sydney Taps Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a user where a credit card or PayPal account is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.

15. Disclaimer and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Sydney Taps Pty Ltd and exclude all liability to you or anyone else for loss or damage of any kind (however caused or arising) relating in any way to the website including, but not limited to, loss or damage you might suffer as a result of:

Errors, mistakes or inaccuracies on the website;
You acting, or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to on the website and/or any linked website;
Personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from your access or use of the website;
Any unauthorised access to or use of the websites secure servers;
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website;
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses or other harmful code or communications which may be transmitted to or through the website by any third party; and/or

You will at all times indemnify, and keep indemnified, Sydney Taps Pty Ltd, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any loss (including reasonable legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) or liability incurred or suffered by you or by any of them arising from any claim, demand, suit, action or proceeding by any person against you or them where such loss or liability arose out of, in connection with or in respect of your conduct or breach of these terms.
This clause is not intended to exclude or limit any rights which you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

17. Damaged or Faulty Products and Refund Policy

If any product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you may have: - (a) rights under the Refund Policy; - (b) Legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other rights under other consumer laws applying in each Australian State and Territory; and/or - (c) To have the product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price paid by you for the product.
Please choose carefully as Sydney Taps Pty Ltd will generally not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or the product was not what you expected. Goods cancelled or returned for credit must be cancelled, or returned within 14 days from the date of the invoice. Goods must be in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. All goods stocked by suppliers and therefore ordered into store will incur a 30% handling fee. Projects and Special orders are non-returnable goods.

Online payments are handled by EWAY and Paypal. Sydney Taps Pty Ltd does not store your credit card or banking details. Please check the www.eway.com.au and www.paypal.com.au websites for details of their privacy policies and security measures.
Sydney Taps Pty Ltd and their authorised third parties may use your personal information for the purposes for which you give it to any of them and for their own internal purposes. You agree that Sydney Taps Pty Ltd and/or its third party may use your email address to send you messages concerning your membership account, any Orders you place and information about the products sold via the website that Sydney Taps Pty Ltd thinks may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to receive promotional or other material from Sydney Taps Pty Ltd or its third parties, please let us know and Sydney Taps Pty Ltd will respect your request. You also agree that Sydney Taps Pty Ltd may contact you by telephone to arrange delivery or collection of your Order.

19. Delays

Sydney Taps Pty Ltd will not be liable for any delay in performing any of their obligations if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to, failure of or interruption in the provision of essential services such as electricity supply, bank payment systems or postal deliveries.

20. Warranty

Many of our products are sold with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The customer confirms all items are visually undamaged upon retrieval of goods, claims for visual damage will be applicable after 24 hours of purchase

21. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales, Australia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of this agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
If you access the website in a jurisdiction other than New South Wales, Australia, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction, to the extent that they apply. Sydney Taps Pty Ltd makes no representations that the content of the website complies with the laws of any country outside Australia.

22. Severability

If any part of these terms are found to be void, invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then that provision or part will be deemed to be severed from these terms and the remaining terms and provisions of these terms will remain in force and constitute the agreement between you and Sydney Taps Pty Ltd.

23. Transfer and Assignment

If Sydney Taps Pty Ltd merges, sells or otherwise change control of its business or this website to a third-party, Sydney Taps Pty Ltd reserves the right, without giving notice or seeking consent, to transfer or assign the personal information, content and rights that Sydney Taps Pty Ltd has collected from you and any agreements it has made with you.

25. Layby's, Special Orders & Custom Made items
Any item on layby or special ordered, (non stocked item) will not accepted for return, please choose carefully.

All sales orders, layby's not completed and paid in full and within 12 months of placement or orders will be forfeited no claims for reimbursement will be applicable

A Non refundable deposit will be calculated during sale. If the order is canceled, the customer agrees and accepts to forfeit this non refundable deposit.
